Pedicure Essentials, From the Chair Up

By NailLou Salon ·

Pedicure work runs on consumables. A station that looks fully stocked on Monday can be empty by Thursday if the nipper, the e-file discs, and the foot covers are the wrong ones. This list is the restock we actually write on the supply pad — not a pile of lookalikes.

We keep the ranking tight on purpose. Ingrown correction needs a specialty nipper, not a heavier general clipper. Callus work needs a disposable disc system that changes grit without stopping the service. Paraffin and moisture add-ons need covers that stay on when a client walks back to the dryer. If a product is here, it has a job on that path. If it is not here, we have not finished testing it at the chair.

Frequently Asked

Questions readers ask.

Why are there two foot-cover packs on this list?
The 200-pack is the right starter count. The 400-pack is what we re-order once we know the volume. Same use case, different scale.
Do I need both disc-system entries?
If you're brand new to electric foot files, the 150-disc kit gives you everything to start, including the metal bit. The standalone 2-pack of bits is the upgrade — once you're working at speed, you want a coarse-loaded bit and a fine-loaded bit ready to swap during a service.
